LAROQUE & SULIGA is a dynamic and responsive boutique firm. We are particularly committed to our work and favour a pragmatic approach to cases for greater efficiency, with a constant focus on safeguarding our clients’ interests and controlling costs.
LAROQUE & SULIGA has developed in-depth knowledge of its clients’ industries in all our areas of expertise, notably liability law, insurance law, transport law, in international law and, more generally, commercial law.
Wherever possible, we give priority to alternative dispute resolution methods, in particular amicable procedures such as mediation, conciliation, or participatory proceedings. To this end, we regularly appear before various dedicated bodies such as the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre) and the Commissions de Conciliation et d’Indemnité (French Conciliation and Compensation Commissions).
Our main concern in managing disputes, whether at the pre-litigation, litigation or out-of-court stages, remains controlling risks and safeguarding our clients’ interests.
