Marine LAROQUE

Marine LAROQUE was admitted to the Paris Bar on 9 January 2008. She holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in insurance law, and a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.

She advises national and international companies on industrial risks, civil and product liability, medical liability and insurance law. She also advises on transport law and commercial litigation.

Multilingual and with significant international experience, she is regularly involved in cross-border litigation involving issues of private international law and contractual or tort liability, raising complex procedural questions. She is therefore perfectly familiar with the needs and expectations of brokers and insurers in the market.
