Anne SULIGA

Anne SULIGA was admitted to the Paris Bar on 31 October 2012. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economic Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as a double Master’s degree in French and German Business Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne and the University of Cologne in Germany (LL.M.).

She has developed particular expertise in business litigation, notably in contract law and commercial law, but also in industrial risks, product liability, medical liability and mass tort litigation.

Multilingual and with significant international experience, she is regularly involved in cross-border litigation involving issues of private international law and contractual or tort liability, raising complex procedural questions.
